No, not at the moment. Please check out our products online for easy ordering without the lines or wait.

​What forms of payment do you accept?
​For online orders, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay.
For authorized business accounts, we accept check or cash. Credit cards payment upon delivery require a 3% surcharge.
What is the latest I can order online for same day pick up?
Please place your order before 1pm if you want same day pick up. Please note we cloase at 3pm Monday - Thursday. Orders above 30 gallons may require additional time to prepare. 
Do you sell any of your products in grocery stores?
Containerland in Mapunapuna sells select gallon size Harders syrups. No, we do not have any syrups in grocery stores. Please take advantage of easy online ordering for curbside pick up or affordable shipping rates to most U.S. addresses.
Do you produce products at any other locations on the outerislands or in the continental United States?
No, we do not at this time. Please order online for direct shipping. ​

​Why are some products not available for online ordering?
​We are working hard to have all of our products available for online ordering. However, due to limited quantities on certain products, we are unable to feature some of our products online. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding products not featured online.

Where can I find my order confirmation? ​
After you submit your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation.
​Please make sure to check your email's spam folder as well.

When can I expect my order to arrive? Do you provide a tracking number? 
For both Hawaii Outerisland and U.S. Mainland orders, expect 4-5 business days procesing time and 2-5 days shipping depending on your address and size of order. Orders larger than 24 gallons will take more time to process and ship. 
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped out. 
I just placed an order and need to make a change. ​
Please make sure to double check your order before submitting it.
Modifications to paid orders may not be possible if the changes are more than the original order.

Changes cannot be guarenteed if we are notified more than 24 hours after an order is placed.

My order has arrived damaged. What are my options? ​
In order for us to file a claim with the the shipping company, please take the below required pictures:
  • Clear pictures of the side of the bottle(s) with the original seal still on so we can see how much syrup has leaked out.
  • Clear pictures of the damage to the box and inside of the box.
After you take the required photos, please contact us  as soon as possible. We will ask for the pictures in the reply to your message. We cannot guarantee a successful claims if pictures / claims are not submitted 30 days after you placed your order.

My order has not arrived. ​
If it has been longer than 2 weeks since your order was placed and you still have not recived your order, please contact us. ​
​I will be late to pick up my order. Can I pick up my order later during the week?
Yes, you can pick up your order anytime later during the week. We are open Monday - Thursdays 7am - 3pm. We are closed for online order pick up on FRIDAYS & WEEKENDS​
Some syrup has leaked out during shipment, what should I do? 
Our gallons are designed to deal with the extreme fluctuations in air pressure during air freight. This means that, occasionally, some syrup will leak out to prevent overpressure in the bottle. This is unfortunately normal.  No replacement will be issued, instead if the syrup loss is more than 1 ounce, we will issue a store credit equal to the amount of syrup loss. Please see our company policy for more information.

Do you ship to the mainland U.S.? ​
Yes, we do! Simply begin your online order and enter your U.S. address at checkout. 
​The U.S. Mainland Shipping rate is typically $55 per 4 gallon case (plus cost of syrup) ​when ordering online. Terms and conditions may apply.
Do you ship to the Hawaiian outerislands? ​
Yes, we do! Simply begin your online order and enter your U.S. address at checkout. 
​Hawaii Shipping rate is typically $19.99 per 4 gallon case (plus cost of syrup) Terms and conditions may apply.​
What shipping methods do you use?​
For gallon syrup or extract orders, we use either UPS or FedEx.
For our Harders 4 pack Special, we use USPS.

​Shipping services may vary based on size of order and ship-to location., and are subject to change without notice. ​
Do you offer Free Shipping?
We offer Free Shipping on our Harders 12 Gallon Pack. If other items are in your shopping cart, you will not be eligible for free shipping. 
​Free Shipping is available only for verified U.S. Addressess. ​
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? ​
If you order a single Harders 4 Pack Special or sample, we can ship it to your P.O. Box. If you are ordering gallon sizes, we are not able to ship them to PO boxes. Please provide a Street Address for gallon size orders. ​
Do you ship to APO addresses? ​
We do not ship to APO AE addresses at this time. We thank you for your understanding. ​
Do you Ship internationally or Canada? ​
We do not ship internationally or to Canada at this time. ​
How many gallons fit into a case for shipping? 
Our Harders cases fit 4 gallons for shipping. ​

Questions about Harders Syrups
How do I use Harders Syrups on Shave Ice? 
Pour syrup straight onto shave ice. No dilution or mixing required.  
How do I make a drink or punch with Harders Syrups? 
- Mix 1 part syrup with 5 parts chilled water or club soda.  

- 1 gallon of syrup can make 6 gallons (768 fl. oz.) of drink.
- 25oz Bottle of syrup can make 150 fl. oz. (over a gallon) of drink.

What is the shelf life of Harders Syrups and Extracts? Do I need to refrigerate them?
Harders Syrups - 1 year from production date, even after opening. No refrigeration needed. 
Harders Sugar-Free Syrups  - 60 days from production date, even after opening. Must keep refrigerated. 
Harders Extracts and Colors- 3 years from production date, even after opening. No refrigeration needed. 

Syrups, Extracts, and Colors do not have to be refrigerated EVEN AFTER OPENING. Please keep in a cool dry area.  
Are Harders syrups really made with cane sugar? 
Yes, we only use 100% natural cane Sugar in our syrups.
What sweetener is in the Sugar-Free Syrups? 
​Harders sugar-free syrups are made with a small amount pure sucralose. No maltodextrin or dextrose. They are diabetic & Keto friendly!

What are Harders Extracts? 
Harders Extracts are flavorings without any sugar and minimal coloring. 
These can be used to create your own shave ice syrups or for baking.

How many gallons of ready-to-use syrup can 1 gallon or 1 quart of extract make?
1 gallon of extract can make up to 64 gallons of syrup.

Our portion cup juices must be kept frozen or refrigerated and last 1 year frozen or 21 days refrigerated.
