HARDERS RECIPES​

LILIKOI MAC NUT BARS
INGREDIENTS 
CRUST 
  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour 
  • ¾ cup softened butter
  • ⅓ cup sugar 
  • ⅓ cup chopped mac nuts 
FILLING 
  • ⅔  cup firmly packed brown sugar 
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour 
  • 1 teaspoon salt 
  • 1 ½ cups Harders Lilikoi syrup 
  • 4 large eggs 
  • 1 ½ cup chopped mac nuts 
INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Heat oven to 350F
  • Combine 1 3/4 cups flour, butter and sugar in a bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping the bowl often, until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 1/3 cup mac nuts.
  • Press crust mixture evenly onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the edges are very light golden brown.
  • Combine brown sugar, 6 tablespoons flour, and salt in a large bowl; whisk until mixed. 
  • Add Lilikoi syrup and eggs; mix well. Stir in 1 1/2 cups chopped mac nuts. 
  • Spread Lilikoi mixture evenly over hot, partially baked crust. 
  • Bake 30-35 minutes or until the filling is set and a knife inserted 1-inch from the edge comes out clean.

CLASSIC HAWAII ICE CAKES

​INGREDIENTS  1/2 cup Harders Syrup 1-1/2 cup water Crack Seed Candy (optional)​
​INSTRUCTIONS Combine all required ingredients. Pour into cups or ice trays. Drop in crack seed candy into each cup (optional)  Freeze and enjoy!

HAWAII GURI GURI

INGREDIENTS 
  • 1/2 cup Harders Deluxe Strawberry syrup  or syrup of your choice.
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1-1/2 cup water
  • Crack Seed Candy​

​INSTRUCTIONS
  • Combine all required ingredients.
  • Pour into cups or ice trays.
  • Drop in crack seed candy into each cup (optional) 
  • Freeze and enjoy!

SUGAR FREE GURI GURI

​INGREDIENTS 
  • 1/2 cup Harders Sugar-Free syrup of your choice
  • 1/2 cup Whipping Cream
  • 1-1/2 cup Water

​INSTRUCTIONS
  • Combine all required ingredients.
  • Pour into cups or ice trays.
  • Freeze and Enjoy!

Replace the water with more whipping cream (2 cups in total) for a creamier, softer guri guri. 
​This recipe is keto-friendly! 
Holiday Green Punch in glass rimmed with red sugar
HOLIDAY GREEN PUNCH

INGREDIENTS 
  • 1 part Harders Green River Syrup 
  • 5 parts Club Soda 
  • Vanilla Ice Cream 
  • Red Sanding Sugar 
  • Ice 
  • Bowl of Water 
INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Fill a large bowl or pitcher with ice to about half way.
  • Scoop in as much vanilla ice cream as you like. 
  • Pour 1 part Green River syrup.
  • Pour in 5 parts club soda and mix.
  • Dip just the rim of your serving glass in room temperature water. 
  • Then dip the glass in a plate of red sanding sugar.
  • Pour the punch into glasses.
  • Serve! 
Harders Lilikoi syrup and mochi
LILIKOI BUTTER MOCHI

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Stick unsalted butter
  • 4 Cups (or 1-28oz bottle) Harders Lilikoi syrup
  • 16oz Mochiko flour (1 box)
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 2 Teaspoon Baking powder

INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  • Melt butter and mix 4 cups Lilikoi syrup in a large bowl. 
  • Add 4 large eggs, mix well. 
  • Pour in the mochiko and baking powder. 
  • Stir until batter is totally smooth. 
  • Pour mix into 9x13 inch pan and bake for 45 minutes or until golden. 
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature. ​

JAPANESE KANTEN DESSERT

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 Cup any Harders syrup flavor
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1  Cup Water 
  • 1 - 4g Packet powdered kanten (agar-agar, found in most Asian grocery stores)*

​INSTRUCTIONS
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl pour in kanten powder. Using about a tablespoon from the 1/2 cup of water, make a smooth paste with the kanten. Then, add the remainder of water. Mix.
  • In a separate container, mix together 1/2 cup of Harders syrup and 1 cup room-temperature water. Set aside.
  • Microwave kanten and water mixture on high, ​stir every 30 seconds, until mixture comes to a boil.
  • Pour hot kanten mixture into syrup mixture while stirring continuously. Then quickly pour into molds of your choice. Kanten begins to set once it reaches room temperature. Refrigerate until completely firm—about 2 hours.

Tip: Cube different colors and flavors of kanten for a fun party treat!

*Different brands of kanten have different gelling strengths; you may need to use more or less to get the texture you desire.

LOCAL KINE SLUSHIES

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup of Deluxe Strawberry Syrup (or whichever flavor you like)
  • 2 cups of ice
  • Blender
 
INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Blend 2 cups of ice and 1/2 cup of syrup, blend till desired slush consistency.  ​

Tip: Add more ice if you desire less sweetness.

LOCAL KINE SODAS

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 part any Harders syrup
  • 4 parts chilled club soda
  • Ice
  • Fruit (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Pour all required ingredients into glass. Add water and mix well. ​
  • Optional step - add berries or chopped fruit.

TROPICAL LEMONADE

INGREDIENTS 
  • 1/2 part Harders Lemonade syrup
  • 1/2 part any other Harders syrup
  • 4 parts water
  • Ice

INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Pour all required ingredients into glass. Add water and mix well. 
PLAIN LEMONADE

​INGREDIENTS 
  • 1 part Harders Lemonade syrup
  • 5 parts water
  • Ice

 INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Pour all required ingredients into glass. Add water and mix well. ​

FROZEN BUTTERED BEER

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2  cup of Harders Buttered Beer syrup
  • 2 cups of ice
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Blender
  • 1.5 oz Whiskey or Rum (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Blend 2 cups of ice and 1/2 cup of Harders ButterBeer syrup till desired slush consistency. Blend in your desired alcohol at this time too. 
  • Add more ice if you desire less sweetness. 
  • Add whipped cream on top (optional). Enjoy!

MELON BAR SOJU COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 part Harders Melona Syrup
  • 1 part soju (or clear alcohol of your choice) 
  • 4 parts soda water
  • 1/2 tbsp Heavy Cream
  • Ice cubes

INSTRUCTIONS 
  • Fill glass with ice.
  • Pour in melona syrup and soju.
  • Fill glass with soda water and mix, leave a little room on top for cream.
  • Top with cream, and done! ​​
Harder peach syrup, Crown Royal Whiskey, peaches
WHISKY PEACH COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS  
​
  • 1.5oz Whisky
  • 0.5oz. Harders Peach Syrup
  • Splash of Soda Water (Optional)
  • ​​Ice​

INSTRUCTIONS  
  • Fill glass with ice.​
  • ​Pour in Peach syrup and Whisky
  • ​Add a splash of Soda water (optional)
  • Garnish with mint and a slice of peach (optional)
  • Mix, and done!

INSTRUCTIONS  
  • Add, to taste, some Lilikoi Syrup to softened unsalted butter.
  • Mix, and done!
  • This pairs well with toast, waffles, pancakes, and more!

PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE
INGREDIENTS 
  • 1 oz.  Harders Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • 2 oz. Espresso
  • Steamed milk
  • Optional  cinnamon stick, whipped cream
  • Cup Size: 16 oz.

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Combine Pumpkin Spice Syrup and Espresso in serving cup
  • Stir and put to the side to rest
  • Steam milk in pitcher.
  • Combine everything together  into serving cup, stirring gently.
  • Garnish with optional whipped cream and cinnamon stick on top.
  • Enjoy!

UBE WHIPPED BUTTER
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup Whipped Butter
  • 2 oz. Harders Ube Syrup

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add 1 cup Whipped Butter to a mixing bowl.​
  • Whip the Butter with an electric mixer to give even more volume.
  • Add 2 oz. Harders Ube Syrup to Whipped Butter.
  • Mix together.
  • Put it between two pieces of sweet rolls or dip it. 
  • Enjoy!

LI-HING MARGARITA 

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 oz. Tequila 
  • 16 oz. Ice
  • 1 oz. Triple Sec
  • 2 oz. Harders Li-Hing Syrup
  • Half a Lime 

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Add to a blender 16 oz. Ice and 2 oz. Tequila. ​
  • Add 1 oz. Triple sec and 2 oz. Li-Hing Syrup.
  • Squeeze half a Lime into mixture. 
  • Blend together.
  • Add it to your favorite glass.
  • Garnish with optional Lime and Li-hing powder rim.
  • Enjoy!

JELLO PODS 

INGREDIENTS
  • ½ cup Harders Syrup
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water 
  • Toppings and add-ins of your choosing

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Sprinkle 1 packet of gelatin into 1/2 cup of Harders syrup. Mix well until dissolved.
  • Pour in 2 cups of boling water into syrup mixture and mix well. 
  • Pour mix into a mold or small cups.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. 

Tips: For an alcoholic version, replace 1/2 cup of the boiling water with 1/2 cup of vodka or an alcohol of your choosing.

CLASSIC HOLIDAY PUNCH  

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 parts ice 
  • 3 parts lemon-lime soda
  • 1 part Harders Fruit Punch Syrup 
  • Vanilla Ice Cream or Rainbow Sherbet

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Use a large bowl and pour in ice.
  • Mix in syrup and soda, mix with a ladle. 
  • Scoop n ice cream.
  • Serve.
