HARDERS PRODUCTS AS AIRPLANE LUGGAGE​
We do not recommend or approve taking our gallon syrups, extracts, colors, or portion cup juices/water with you on a plane as check-in or carry on luggage. If you choose to transport products on your own, you must provide your own packaging material to ensure the products' safety. We will not accept responsibility for any damages caused during commercial passenger airline transport. We do offer competitive shipping rates if you do wish to ship your gallons to the mainland or outer islands. ISLAND MAID RETURN AND REFUND POLICY (REVISED 01/04/2021)
Our customer satisfaction is very important to us. Any item(s) that you wish to return must not show any signs of use or damage and will be inspected at the time of return. You must have the original receipt associated with your returned item(s) at the time of return.  All returns must occur no more than 15 days from the purchase date on the invoice associated with your return item(s) regardless if they have been used or not. If your item(s) are approved for a return, we will issue you a store credit for the amount paid for your return item(s).

Please report any received Island Maid products that are damaged (i.e. leaking gallon bottles) due to mishandling by the shipper or any mistakes in your order. Please have the invoice number and tracking number associated with the order and information on the exact quantity and type of product damaged. Please include any pictures or files that can help us better file your claim with the shipper.

We are unable to give any store credit to any damaged items that were transported as personal luggage (carry on or checked baggage) on any airline. All shipped orders (non local Oahu orders) will be handled on a case by case basis. We cannot guarantee a store credit or returns on shipped orders.


ORDERING AND SHIPPING
​ All orders will ship within 1 - 3 business days from the date of payment. All packages will be sent via FedEx 2 Day shipping or USPS. Although this is a rare occurrence, depending on the size of your order and or demand for a certain item, your order may be delayed. We will inform you of any delays via email.

​Please make sure that you provide us with your correct shipping address before placing any order. We cannot guarantee any store credit if the address provided is incorrect.  

Please note that orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (This excludes weekends and holidays). Typically, three delivery attempts will be made before the package is returned to us. Penalties and fees may be applied. To avoid this inconvenience, we recommend delivery to a commercially zoned business address. We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes. We cannot ship internationally.
