HOW TO USE HARDERS SHAVE ICE CONCENTRATES
- Pour 3oz of concentrate into 1 gallon of simple syrup.
- Shake or mix well.
- Done!
USING 2oz SAMPLES
- Pour 2oz of concentrate into 85oz of simple syrup.
- Shake or mix well.
- Done!
HOW TO MAKE A GALLON SIMPLE SYRUP
- Dissolve 5lbs - 6.5 lbs of white granulated sugar into 1/2 gallon of hot water.
- Shake or mix well.
- Done!
ADD 1/2 OUNCE OF SYRUP PRESERVATIVE TO MAKE YOUR SYRUP SHELF STABLE FOR UP TO 1 YEAR.
STORAGE / SHELF LIFE
Shave ice concentrates can be stored at room temperature and have a shelf life of 2 years from purchase date, even after opening. Please note the shelf life of concentrates is different from ready to use syrups.
